KINGS POINT, N.Y., April 8, 2015 – Today, the United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) held its annual Shipping-Out Fair for the Class of 2015. The event, which was coordinated by the Department of Professional Development and Career Services, welcomed 28 maritime unions, vessel owners and operators, military representatives and maritime-related Federal Agencies.

General Dempsey was the guest speaker at the 2015 Battle Standard Dinner, an annual event at USMMA, honored the memories of the 142 Cadet-Midshipmen who lost their lives during World War II.
