Aerial Club – Open to all interested in learning how to do front flips, back flips, and twisting on a trampoline or ground in a safe environment
Auto Club – For tinkerers, tuners, and car enthusiasts dedicated to developing mechanic skillsets and enjoying automotive culture through events and projects.
Ballroom Dance Club - The Ballroom Dance Club encourages midshipmen and plebes to learn and enjoy ballroom dancing in a fun and relaxed environment.
Chess Club - The club aims to create an environment where midshipmen can challenge each other to develop analytical and strategic thinking.
Climbing and Outdoor Recreation (COR) – Promotes positive physical and mental development through rock climbing. This sport allows one to overcome obstacles and personal mental barriers such as fear of heights or physical strength.
Cruisers (KP Cruisers) – Open to anyone looking to ride beyond the gates of the academy and experience New York on wheels.
Cyber Defense Club – A club that builds networks and defends them from NSA attacks.
Games Club – A place for students who share an interest in different forms of gaming to come together and participate in a shared experience.
Glee Club - Join for a place to make music and sound with voices.
Investment Club – To grow and facilitate all members’ knowledge of investing so that they may become informed investors to and grow personal wealth.
Midshipmen Eating Animals Together (M.E.A.T.) - Barbeque club which will cook out at events and bring the campus community together.
Scuba Club – A place for those interested in quarterly diving trips and advancing their scuba certifications.
Trap and Skeet Club- Trap and skeet shotgun club. We expand gun skills, training, and safety.
Membership in all United States Merchant Marine Academy Club must be open to all persons without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, or age. Clubs abide by all federal, state and local laws and to the United States Merchant Marine Academy mission and its policies and procedures. All clubs refrain from engaging in any action or situation which recklessly or intentionally endangers the mental or physical health of another or the forced consumption of alcoholic beverages or drugs for the purpose of initiation into or affiliation with the group.
