Ally Tenorio is a Compliance Investigator at Valaris and the Founder and President of the Women Offshore Foundation. With more than fifteen years of experience in the maritime and offshore energy sectors, Ally has built her career across shipboard operations, corporate HR, and nonprofit leadership. She holds a U.S. Coast Guard Chief Mate License and has previously served in roles ranging from Dynamic Positioning Operator to HR Manager.

Ally earned her bachelor’s degree from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and an MBA from Rice University. She is focused on strengthening the maritime workforce and is passionate about advancing people and organizations through strategy, culture, and continuous learning.
