Latest information: Legionella Update 22 August 2024
KINGS POINT, N.Y., AUGUST 22, 2024 - Today, the United States Merchant Marine Academy issued additional information regarding the Legionella bacteria that was detected in the Fulton Gibbs cooling tower. The cooling towers have been cleaned, sanitized, and refilled. They are currently circulating clean water.
