Tuition Refund Policy

When students are withdrawn from graduate courses, a refund of tuition occurs on the following schedule (in accordance with the published Academic Calendar):

  • Withdrawal before the first day of classes: 100% Refund
  • Withdrawal before completion of the first full week of classes: 75% Refund
  • Withdrawal before completion of the second full week of classes: 50% Refund
  • Withdrawal before completion of the third full week of classes: 25% Refund
  • Withdrawal after third week: No Refund

 

Financial Assistance and Third-Party Payments

USMMA does not participate in Title IV/Federal Student Aid Programs (Unsubsidized Direct Loans or Graduate PLUS Loans) for the Master's degree program, so please do not file a FAFSA. However, we will gladly accept third-party payments from employers, outside scholarship programs, or other available sources.
