KINGS POIT, N.Y., March 8, 2016 - The U.S. Merchant Marine Academy’s Kings Point Eagle Scout Association took advantage of some unseasonably warm weather during the month of February, to backpack through the trails of New York’s Harriman State Park.                         

The weekend trip was organized by Midshipmen 1st Class, Matthew Rich, Eagle Scout President, and Rexford Ryman. Midshipmen 1st Class, Nathaniel Sudkamp served as the group’s trail guide, and Craig Zubchevich, Safety Officer.
